Massive 6′x6′ Farmhouse Table Finished
I gave you a sneak peek at a massive table that I built for some friends of ours and now I’d like to show-off the finished product set-up in the room. This is definitely a “Thanksgiving meal” type of table because there is a ton of room in the middle of the table to lay out an entire spread of food and fixings.
The finishing process was; 1 coat of pre-stain wood conditioner, 2 coats of stain (Special Walnut), 1 coat of sanding sealer, and 6 coats of General Arm-R-Seal.

Thanks for the ideas, Aren’t Kreg pocket hole jigs great? Also I would not be without my two doweling jigs one for narrow wood and the other for wide square posts. I am glad to see you are using General Finishes products. Aren’t they great also. I built my four grand kids their own crib bed combos. All in a different design. Check out my website under projects/woodworking. I can’t wait to build one of your tables that’s if I can get your permission. It’s for my daughter and her family.
Hey just trying to get ideas to buid one for our dning room ,yours look very nice. What size board is on top and your skirt and suppport size. Did you have any plans for this. Thanks
