Need Advice….Should We Refinish This Chair?

Slowly but surely, we’re making some progress on our home office. It started by the building of this double work station. The most pressing need has been for new chairs. I’ve been eyeing some pretty awesome (and expensive) chairs from places like Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn;

Needless to say, I was real excited to find this little gem at a local thrift store for an amazing price and in great condition.

I brought it home….and was super excited about it…..Ellie=not so much. So, we need your input. We still need to find Ellie a chair but most likely it’ll be a different style.
