Arched Mirror

Oh arched mirrors….I have stalked you in Pottery Barn and Ballard Designs catalogues for so long. And now, we own one.

This post should really be titled, thanks Wrights, for allowing me to purchase something for our home that I have wanted all summer. These sweet friends gave us a couple of Pier 1 gift cards to purchase something special. Thanks, friends.

When Tommy built the apothecary table for our foyer/entrance, I knew I either wanted two table lamps to go on top of the table, or an arched mirror.

After Tommy picked up the amazing roadside freebie lamps, we thought they would be perfect for the apothecary table in the foyer. Unfortunately, the base on the lamps is a little too wide for table top.

It’s okay, more plans to come for those totally free lamps….let’s just say they’re getting relocated for a cooler purpose.

I was running errands this weekend, and drove by Pier 1 and saw this fantastic mirror on sale in the window. The price was right, and so were the dimensions. My only tiny regret is the finish on the frame, but I think I am willing to let that go since it meets the rest of our criteria.

Now all the apothecary table needs is some accessories to go on the tabletop underneath the mirror.
